Well I have had the new sofa bed for just over two weeks now.  It has been tried and tested and I am very pleased with the quality of the sofa and the ease of the bed mechanism.
The colour of the fabric looks great in my room and I think that is because you were so helpful in sending me so many fabric swatches.  After the initial batch I was able to choose just two for  larger samples.  This meant that I could really get an idea of what the finished sofa would be like.

I would also like to say a big 'thank you' for all your helpful and cheerful advice on the phone and in emails.  It made the buying experience so easy.  A big 'thank you' also to Terry and his trusted driver (sorry I do not remember his name) who delivered on time and were so helpful removing my other sofa. (I hope that Terry has been able to get treatment for his leg).

Your 25 years experience shows in the quality of the product and your services.  I don't think I could have found better.

The service was prompt and efficient, the sofabed arrived on time and was in situ upstairs within  a few minutes.
The deliverymen were kind cheerful and helpful in taking away my old sofabed.
Looking at the design of my sofabed from thwe sofabed shop i can say that this will probally out last me.
Its tough,comfortable but so easy to put up and down.

I have attached my new lovely sofabed photos together with this THANK YOU email.
 
From the moment I first spoke to Terry by phone and until the actual delivery 6 days later, I couldn't have been more satisfied with the way everything went.
When I explained to Terry over the phone what I was looking for in the way of a sofabed, within minutes he sent photos and prices to me by email, and even after a few more emails from me asking questions etc, he still replied with a full, courteous and helpful manner.

As it was extremely important to get the comfort and quality just right, I decided to go to the shop to see the full range for myself.

I was amazed at the choice, and Liam couldn't have been more helpful while listening to my requirements.

Within minutes, I had found my lovely Bristol sofabed and had placed an order.
I was promised delivery by the following week and the delivery was as promised and on time.

I can't express strongly enough to anyone reading this email, how much I recommend 'The Sofabed Shop', as opposed to these huge unfriendly furniture shops who will make you wait 5-10 weeks for delivery and will definitely not give you the friendly family service we all love to receive.

It was well worth getting stuck on the North Circular to visit you!

broken sofa downstairs too, and all I had to do was get them a cup of coffee
